I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. While the facilities were nice and the dining experience was exceptional, I was left disappointed by the service, particularly with the check-in process and room issues. Despite the woes, I found the food to be a highlight and would consider returning for that alone.

I had a really unfortunate stay at this hotel. I arrived after a 20-hour delay only to find they had overbooked and I had to sleep in a massage room. On the second night, I encountered a cockroach in my room, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. While they eventually offered a few refunds, this place definitely isn’t a true 5-star experience.

During my stay, I found the hotel to have some unique policies and services that could use improvement. While the room amenities were satisfactory, I was surprised to learn that foot towels aren’t provided in standard rooms. Additionally, the dining experience was quite disappointing due to limited choices and some food safety issues. The staff was responsive, but the overall experience felt below my expectations for a higher-rated establishment.

I recently stayed at this hotel, which is fairly new and located in a busy area with several tech offices nearby. While I found some aspects decent, it didn't quite match the 5-star experience I anticipated. The lack of certain amenities and the dining options were disappointing. However, the rooms were comfortable and modern, which was a plus.
